REFUND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE

At ASEISMANOS, it is very important to us that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you have the option to return it within 15 days of purchase and receive a full refund. The refund does NOT include the return shipping cost.

How can I return my order?

  • Through our carrier: If you prefer, we can send you a return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The shipping cost will be communicated to you before issuing the label.
  • Using your preferred shipping method: You can return the merchandise using any shipping service of your choice.

Steps to follow:

  1. Send an email to customerservice@aseismanos.com including your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the product securely to avoid damage, preferably in its original packaging.
  3. If we handle the return: Attach the return label we provide and drop off the package at the designated collection point.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund via the original payment method or provide a store credit, depending on your preference.
