How will my order be delivered to me?
Our products are shipped by either standard/registered mail or express/courier DHL, FedEx, UPS. This depends on the best tariffs we have at each moment. We will inform by email when the order has been shipped and we will provide a tracking number. Parcels are not insured unless customer requests so.

Some of our products such as Large and medium women’s wallets, Journal covers, and some other items are shipped express as standard method. For more accurate information check in the description section of the each item where it states if it’s shipped this way.                                                                                                                                        Please don’t hesitate to ask us should you want to know exactly how your order will be delivered previous to purchasing it.

Characteristics of the standard/registered mail

Approximate shipping times are:
• Spain: 1 – 2 working days
• UE: 5-6 working days
• Rest of the world: 10-15 working days

➤Please bear in mind that at certain times of the year, especially Christmas, times are different and parcels can take longer to arrive.

Parcels will have a tracking number but not all countries scan registered mail. For instance, countries like the United Kingdom, Australia or the USA do not offer tracking service even though it is registered.

Characteristics of the express/courier service

If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Spanish VAT at 21 %. If your country is not a part of the EU, the price will not include VAT, but will remain the same due to increased administration and shipping costs associated with international orders. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we don’t collect VAT, duties or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot know what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
